New InnovaScript Facility

In the first phase we've updated pharmacy licenses across all 50 states and Washington, D.C., secured a new DEA license, and achieved LegitScript certification to ensure full regulatory compliance. On the technology front, we’ve launched Jetstream, our new Warehouse Management System (WMS), which now serves as the backbone of our fulfillment operations. Additionally, we’ve begun integrating advanced automation tools such as the Capsa FastFill 54 and RxSafe systems to streamline and enhance the efficiency of our prescription processing workflow.

In the second phase we'll be advancing our fulfillment capabilities through key automation and tracking enhancements. The installation of a Hytrol conveyor system will streamline order routing by automating the movement of packages throughout the facility. To further improve accuracy and visibility, we'll implement RFID-tagged totes, enabling real-time tracking across the workflow. Additionally, we’ll expanded our automation footprint with the deployment of more FastFill 54 units and the introduction of Capsa’s RoboPharma 30, significantly increasing throughput while reducing the need for manual handling.

The final phase of our facility development brings full-scale automation to life through the implementation of a puck line system, enabling near-complete robotic fulfillment. This advanced setup features precision robotic arms for automated prescription filling, unscablers for efficient vial loading at the start of the line, and integrated multi-point camera systems that provide real-time quality assurance monitoring. RFID-tagged pucks intelligently route and track each order throughout the fulfillment process, while deeper integration with Jetstream ensures seamless, end-to-end automation across all systems.
