Request Transfer
Ask your physician to transmit your prescription to InnovaScript. If you have a current prescription with active refills, provide us your current pharmacy information and the medication(s) you would like transferred to InnovaScript.
Activate Refills
Once enrolled you'll recieve your presciptions monthly. All your prescriptions will be synced so you'll receive them in one easy delivery.
